1. Services Provided

Young Buck Movers offers local moving, labor-only, and junk removal services within North Austin and surrounding areas. Services are subject to availability and are confirmed upon booking.

2. Booking and Payment

• Estimates: All quotes are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary depending on actual move conditions (e.g. additional time, stairs, distance).
• Minimum Charge: We enforce a minimum hourly charge which will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Payments: Full payment is due upon completion of the move. We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and cash.
• Deposits: Some bookings may require a deposit to hold the date. Deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled move.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth move, customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate move details
• Ensuring clear access to both locations
• Securing valuables and personal documents
• Notifying us in advance about fragile, oversized, or specialty items

5. Liability and Damages

We take every precaution to protect your property, but in the event of damage:

• We will work with you to address any claims promptly
• Liability may be limited to the replacement or repair value of the damaged item
• We are not liable for items packed by the customer unless visibly damaged due to handling
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or factors beyond our control

6. Junk Removal Disclaimer

Items scheduled for junk removal must be safe to handle and free of hazardous material. We reserve the right to refuse pickup of any items that pose a risk to our crew or equipment.

7. Website Use

All content on our website, including images, copy, and branding, is the property of Young Buck Movers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
