Our hourly rate includes the moving crew, truck, basic tools, dollies, and protective gear like moving blankets and shrink wrap.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash. Payment is due at the end of your move.

Do you require a deposit? What if I need to cancel?

Some moves may require a small deposit to hold your time slot. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just give us 24 hours’ notice.

Can I leave clothes in my dresser?

Yes—light, non-breakable items like clothing can usually stay in drawers. We'll let you know if anything needs to be removed for safety.

When does the clock start?

The clock starts when we arrive at your location and stops once the move is complete.

What is your minimum charge?

We have a two-hour minimum for all moves, including drive time.

When do I pay for my move?

Payment is collected once your move is complete and you’re satisfied with the service.

Do you help load or unload rental trucks and storage PODs?

Absolutely. We offer labor-only services for loading or unloading your rental truck, trailer, or portable storage unit.

Do you offer packing services and packing supplies?

Yes—we offer both full-service packing and packing materials like boxes, tape, and bubble wrap if needed.

Can you mount or dismount TVs?

Yes, we can safely remove your TV from the wall. Mounting at the new location may depend on wall type—ask us for details.

How many trucks will I need?

We’ll help you figure that out based on the size of your home and how much you're moving.

Do you need to visit my home before moving day?

Not always. In most cases, we can give you an accurate estimate with a quick phone call or by reviewing a photo or inventory list.

Do you disassemble beds and hook up appliances?

Yes, we’ll disassemble and reassemble beds. Appliance hookups vary—ask us in advance so we can come prepared.

What if something gets damaged?

We take great care with your belongings. If something does get damaged, we’ll work with you to resolve it fairly.

What if it rains or storms on moving day?

We move rain or shine and take extra precautions to protect your items in bad weather. If conditions are unsafe, we’ll contact you to reschedule.

What’s the most efficient way to pack a house?

Label every box by room, keep heavy items in small boxes, and pack essentials separately. We also offer professional packing services to save you time.
